Please book long enough for your required groom. For poodle x breeds, please understand that most of the time we are having to clip off thick, matted coats because they are too painful for the dog to brush out. If you are not sure then please ask advice before booking.

We do offer Doggy Daycare arranged in advance if you work or cannot drop off/collect your dog to meet an appointment time. Otherwise we ask appointment times be strictly adhered to as our grooming services do not include looking after your dog outside the appointment.
